How Do I conquer fear?

By coming to terms with our fears, we can learn to see them simply as any other incident or memory, neither creating a high nor a low. There are numerous studies showing the benefits of stepping into your fears (with support from a professional) and coming to terms with them in order to let go of stress. Do not try and create a practice that is not sustainable in the context of your attention span, family commitments or your historical habits in respect to your staying power.
